• Market and advertise our services, including through online advertising platforms

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information with trusted partners who assist us in operating our business, such as SAA-accredited installers in your area, provided they agree to keep this information confidential.

If you choose to upload documents or photographs, such as an electricity bill or photos of your switchboard, we share them with the installer we match you with so they can prepare an accurate quote without a site visit. Some of these partners, or the systems they use, may access or store this information outside Australia. Uploaded documents and photos are kept for up to 90 days, or until your quote is complete, whichever comes first, and are then permanently deleted. You can ask us to delete them earlier at any time using the contact details below.

We also use third-party advertising platforms, including Google, to measure our advertising and show relevant ads. For this purpose we may share a hashed (irreversibly coded) version of your contact details, such as your email address or phone number, so the platform can match it against its own signed-in users. We use this to reach people who have enquired with us, to avoid advertising to people who have already contacted us, and to find new audiences with similar characteristics. Your details are never shared in a readable form for this purpose, and the platform may not use the matched data for anything other than performing this matching service for us. You can opt out at any time by contacting us, or through your ad settings with the relevant platform (for example, Google's My Ad Center).

4. Data Security

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
