Each enquiry is matched by postcode in Sent 24/7, our own platform, and routed to a single installer for the area. It reaches you within seconds of them pressing submit.
You convert and install
Contact the homeowner, quote the job and win it. We do not install solar, so the job and the customer are entirely yours from that point on.

Sixty days after installation, we follow up for a review. Positive reviews build your profile and help you win more work.

- A cheap enquiry is expensive when it goes nowhere. We would rather send you fewer that are worth quoting than a volume you have to sift.
We're selective about who represents the Why Solar standard
Not every installer who applies receives enquiries. We check your ABN, GST registration and trading history against the Australian Business Register, and your rating and review count on your Google Business Profile, before we talk about volume. Here is the rest of what we look for.
- ABN registered and GST compliant
- The right state electrical or contracting licence
- At least 12 months operating in the Australian solar industry
- At least one SAA-accredited designer on staff
- A workmanship warranty of at least five years
- A commitment to respond to leads within one business day
- Complete quotes with savings projections
If you do not meet all of these, apply anyway and tell us about your business. We would rather read it and decide than turn away a good operator on a checkbox. Approval is also not permanent: regulator enforcement action, an accreditation suspension or insolvency ends it.
