CEC Approved Products Checker
Solar rebates only apply to products on the Clean Energy Council approved lists. Check the exact model number from your quote against all 12,696 currently approved panels, inverters and batteries. We sync with the Clean Energy Regulator's published lists as they update.
Type the model number from your quote (not just the brand). Rebates only apply if the exact model is on the current CEC approved list.

Why CEC approval matters
The Clean Energy Council maintains the lists of solar panels, inverters and batteries that meet Australian standards. Federal rebates (STCs for solar, the Cheaper Home Batteries discount for storage) can only be claimed when the exact model installed appears on the current list, and network operators will generally refuse to connect unapproved equipment.
Products are approved for a fixed period and can expire or be removed between your quote and your install. That is why we track every change: check the model number on your quote, not just the brand.
Checking a battery quote?
The federal battery rebate only applies to approved products installed by an accredited installer. Answer a few questions and we will estimate your rebate and match you with installers who only quote approved gear.
